ILUP Episode 4

Is it bad if I, the artist, have character biases? I mean... I did a lot of editing for Belvedere in this episode, and it's not like he's my favorite or anything... Honest. Besides, Hoy Ikaw also had a lot of retouches too!

But let's not forget the dramatic entrance of our Leading Male! We don't know a lot about him for now, but hopefully we'll find out more soon! (≧▽≦)

ILUP Episode 3

Desmond and Avery are here! It makes me so happy to see them in color! I personally love Avery's design and how he's intelligent but not full of himself. He seems like someone who knows everyone's secrets, but he doesn't gossip about them at all. (*´ω｀*)

Desmond is super fun to draw! I don't know how someone so hyper can be an effective security personnel, but guess we'll see? And isn't that pink hair too flashy for someone who's supposed to blend in with the background?? (;ŏ﹏ŏ)

ILUP Episode 1

After I finished coloring this update, my sister decided we had some spring cleaning to do around the house. I obliged and followed her around, most doing what she tells me to.

Afterwards, I went to wash my hands and then...

I got a splinter that was so painful that I couldn't pull it out myself... My sister had to do it for me. And even though she managed to remove it with a pair of tweezers, we never found the splinter..? (´⊙ω⊙`)！

Anyway, I digress! Please enjoy Episode 1!

It took a long time for me to return to Webtoon, but I'm trying to take it slow for now. Some of you may already know that ILUP was submitted to Medibang before, but that is a one shot that was completed for a contest. For this version, we'll be adding additional stories for Pierre and Precious... Maybe even for the butlers, but you guys are going to have to bug Raykosen a lot for that. (*´ω｀*)

Not much going on for this page... but it's a precursor for what's about to happen next. I'm getting really nervous about illustrating the next page, but I'll still keep doing my best!!

I really do miss drawing manga pages... despite how stressful it is to think about how to make the scenes work, I find it rather enjoyable.

Waaaahh~ Here we go! This new installment is not from the original script, but I wanted to draw more pages of bishounen Artemio and Prince Lumawig, so let's keep going!! (*≧▽≦)

The taller wolf is actually Azel, who already made his appearance in page 4. I think I may have made a mistake in making him taller than Rafael, but I wanted him to have a strong appearance. Removing his lab coat was definitely a good idea though. （´∀｀）

Anyway, this is really just more eyecandy for me, so I apologize in advance. (^^ゞ

2020 Art Summary

2020 was such a challenging year.

I had stopped drawing webtoons altogether because of a personal matter. I thought I could kick myself and get over it in a month's time.

Sadly, that was not the case.

Even sketching was so very challenging this year. My sensei had to wake me up by telling me to sit in front of my PC for an hour each day, even if it meant staring at a blank canvas. I cried so many nights out of sheer frustration, so I was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) at how my Art Summary looks this year.

I will do better in 2021. Even if it means clawing my way back, I'll definitely keep trying!!

Joking, but yes, I made a new character just for this series. v(￣∇￣) He is the leader of the Black Wolves, but I've yet to decide if he is a Prime Minister or a General.

I do think he turned out rather handsomely though~

"Kidlat ng Amang Langit" roughly translates to "Lightning of the Heavenly Father". It sounds cooler in Tagalog, so I decided to leave it at that. (´･ω･`)

So this is where the original script ended. I could finish this up with one more page, but I've decided to stretch it out a bit more. I'm beginning to have fun with drawing manga again, so I'm going to take advantage of that enthusiasm as much as I can. (≧▽≦) Hope you guys are enjoying the ride so far!

There is a white fox (PomPom), a red fox (Artemio), and a bunch of black wolves. I've temporarily named it "Red and White Foxes" on my Manga page, but if anyone has any better ideas, please help me?

And yes, that would be the same scientist who was begging for his life earlier. Ehehe~

I found this old WIP in my hard drive and thought about finishing the series... Not that this is actually anything serious, but it's pretty fun to do! And with everything that's been going on lately, I need a bit of fun back into my life.
