We got a new family photo with Osheep and now we're welcoming Shepherd into the family! And an official Ovidia design from Shepherd's lore! She looks so evil, I love her.

The sheeps have gotten tinier, but I was able to find my sheep fairly easily. Can you spot the little purple sheep with an even tinier Fuu Pape?

I guess a lot of sheeps are cold these days... while here I am, slowly turning into roasted lamb.

I love how everyone's styles are so different in drawing sheeps. And it makes the picture even more warm... I'm glad I was able to join at the last minute.

Nekopara: Catboys Paradise x Nijisanji EN

This took so long to finish, but it looks so pretty!! ( ；∀；) I'm so happy it's done!!

For those who haven't seen it yet, Mika Melatika did a collab stream with Sonny Brisko, Mysta Rias, Ike Eveland, and Alban Knox. She played Nekopara: Catboys Paradise with Nina Kosaka while the boys voice acted Sage, Laurier, Fennel, and Dill.

It was so perfect... It made me so happy!!

Sonny, Sonny, Sonny!! (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+ your Sage is so TSKR!! Also when you did the bookseller's voice and it kinda sounded like Vox... I'm so amazed with how many different voices you can do~ I hope we can see Sage's route in the future!

Albanyan, thank you for your version of Dill! You're so adorable, and you made Dill even more adorable, TSKR TSKR!! I'm sorry I drew you a little smaller than everyone else... It's just for this piece, I promise~

Mysta, even though you were making a lot of jokes when you were reading your lines, damn... Whenever you got serious, TSKR, TSKR!! I'd love to hear you read Laurier's route~

Crystal Shadows Collaboration with Cheesy Fit

This piece has been sitting on my PC since March 2020. I really live how this came out, and now I keep wondering why I stopped drawing this series.

...oh right. Life happened. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

I'm not really sure what's going to happen to these two, but once things settle down, maybe I can tell their story again. For now, check out Cheesy Fit on Facebook!

2020 Art Summary

2020 was such a challenging year.

I had stopped drawing webtoons altogether because of a personal matter. I thought I could kick myself and get over it in a month's time.

Sadly, that was not the case.

Even sketching was so very challenging this year. My sensei had to wake me up by telling me to sit in front of my PC for an hour each day, even if it meant staring at a blank canvas. I cried so many nights out of sheer frustration, so I was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) at how my Art Summary looks this year.

I will do better in 2021. Even if it means clawing my way back, I'll definitely keep trying!!

I Love You P're

New Manga: I Love You P're

I apologize for the lack of updates lately... Google's new image host / uploader annoyed me so much that I couldn't bear to look at my ruined blogs for a long time. But I'm paying for my site name annually, so I might as well use it, no matter how pissed off I am. (；￣Д￣）

If you guys have been following me on Facebook, you've probably heard about my collaboration with Raykosen. "I Love You, P're" is a gender-bent, romantic comedy about the daughter of a chief butler, who's decided to take over her father's position. One reader pointed out that there are female butlers nowadays, so she doesn't understand why Precious Toledo had to pretend to be Preston Toledo, but well, if we did that, then there wouldn't be a story now, would there? o(*>ω<*)o

So far, the series is really fun to draw! Mainly because I get to draw so many handsome butlers, and a spunky, headstrong girl who is not as annoying as most reverse-harem heroines are! o(*≧□≦)o I'm currently in love with the butler in charge of food and kitchen, Belvedere Fernandez, but we don't really see much of him in the first half... I've also been writing "fan fiction" about him and Avery de Leon whilst annoying Raykosen to no end, but oh well, at least we got the second half done and ready for the next Komikon!

Lastly, a word of warning, I'll be updating kurohiko.com in the next few days, so expect some site changes and falling debris. ヾ(｡･ω･)ｼ Thanks everyone for continuing to support me! I'll continue to do my best for this year too!

The Art of Pom

I've been thinking about drawing this manga since last year. Although ALAS seems to have been placed on indefinite hiatus, my characters in Celestia are very near and dear to my heart. And when I saw YumYum's character, PomPom, this scenario pretty much popped up in my head!

I really shouldn't be drawing manga when I have more important things to do, but I'm glad this is done and over with. Now I can move on~

Oh, and I don't think I'll be using Google Photos thanks to that number they did in my other blog. In fact, I think I'll just embed photos onto my blog for a while... until they fix that weird error at least. Or maybe move back to Photobucket, I really don't know...

SMAC5: Hello★Hello by RAYKOSEN and KUROHIKO

Now that the contest is over, I guess we can write about this now.

Hello★Hello really pushed me to my limits, since I had to attend to some personal matter while I was working on this collaboration. It also taught me how much sleep I was willing to sacrifice just to meet a deadline… it’s been a while since I stayed up 36 hours straight!

In the end, we were only part of the Award Candidates list. I feel very sad and dejected, but at the same time, I also know that I can do even better. Raykosen was really a voice of encouragement during the final hours of this contest, and I’m grateful he entrusted this story to me.

I don’t know if I want to go through this again, but never say never! Overall, it’s still not bad for a first try! Please read this in SMAC and let us know what you think!

Tripping Down Memory Lane

I was going through some of my old files when I came across this lovely image~ ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

This would be the first (and possibly last? ﾍ(;´Д｀ﾍ)) collaboration with my classmate and fellow Anime Illusions member, Mogz. It was funny because neither of us had tablets then so this was drawn with the mouse! (*･∀･)／＼(･∀･*)

I was trying to copy his icon, Melissa, and he drew Lezarius. They’re characters from his story, “Seraphim Wing” which he was able to publish long before we graduated from college! ━Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)━

I really wonder how this tale ended. Maybe I can bug him to make a webcomic someday~ (｡･｀ω´･｡)

Another Webcomic?

One would think, now that I’m working on finishing Karma, Mote-Mote, A.illusions, and Mist that I’d stop taking commissions. I mean, any sane person would do that right?

Someone call the looney bin, because I’m also working on “Puerto de Vigilante” (working title) because of patriotism and loyalty to my country.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to order about 2 trucks of coffee.
