Oh, well... someone's pretty pissed off! He's not even using attack spells yet... Shuei just wanted to make a huge distraction so that he and his siblings could get away safely!
I really miss drawing action scenes... These are not exactly easier than drawing shoujo, but I just think it looks cool! I need to find a ton of reference material for the next few episodes though, I'm really rusty!
A friend of mine is getting me into Tales of Vesperia lately, and it has a lot of flashy sword fights. I should watch some of the play throughs available on YouTube. Maybe that will get me some ideas.
