A.illusions Fanart: "azure chango" by Lei Miko

Azuzu looks so pretty! 《《o(≧◇≦)o》》 and I have a bias for short-haired girls! ヽ(〃・ω・)ノ

Kurama - Peace of Silence

Hm... One of the pieces that I'm actually proud of... That doesn't happen too often.

A fanart of Yu Yu Hakusho's Kurama, sleeping... Done in pure watercolors. This was entered in the Fanart Contest in Anime Evolution 2004 in Vancouver, Canada. It won an award as "Best in Non-CG". ^^ It was my first award as an Anime Illustrator, and this took me a 2 weeks(?) to finish.

Hope you guys like it. ^^

One Day, Isang Diwa

My Diwa fanart from Culture Crash's One Day, Isang Diwa. ^^

Inked the watercolored by hand. This piece was used in a promo poster for Red Cross Youth back in 2003-2004. It's old, but I still like the way the colors turned out. ^^

Rurouni Culture Crash

This was my first ever printed work... ^^ If you're a fan of Culture Crash Comics, a Philippine Anime-Inspired Comic Magazine, then head over to issue 12. You should see this same art piece in the fanart section... ^^

I love Culture Crash Comics. I idolize Elmer Damaso, and was honored to meet him personally. They helped me out when I was doing my thesis, and so I made this for them.

This piece features the staff of Culture Crash. All their names along with surnames of the characters they are cosplaying are written below. Done in brush ink (my first, and my last... manual brush ink is very, very tricky and my hands are somewhat heavy). ^^

This was probably the start of cosplayer type art pieces for me. I love drawing cosplaying characters... :3

Hope you like it. ^^

Princess Claire Angela Lee

Ah... My first submission... Please be nice to me... *ehe*

Her name is Claire Angela Lee, a young college girl who was supported by her brother, until an accident left her orphaned. Devasted to be left alone and still striving to finish her final year, she continued to live her life normally...

Until a boy claiming to be the Prince of Heaven asks for her help.

"Vanguards of Heaven" was created in 2003 as my comic book illustration thesis. The character was drawn in ink and watercolored before scanning to add background and effects.

Welcoming all constructive criticism... ^_^ I hope you all like it!
